Index Chopping Boards

Design and practicality come together with this new chopping board and storage system from kitchen innovators Joseph Joseph. Simple and effective these boards are manufactured in the toughest dishwasher safe polypropylene for maximum hygiene. All food groups are catered for across the four food industry colours, representing vegetables (green), fish (blue), raw meat (red) and cooked food (white).

The boards are stored in their own counter top box with a staggered index tab system. Each measures 30 x 20cm (12 x 8”) and the tough holder requires only 33 x 7. 5 cm (13 x 3”) counter space.
