Made from high quality cast iron steel with matching lid. For use in the oven or on the hob. The pan measures 28cm in diameter, and the capacity is 4 litres/8.5 pints. Not recommended for dishwasher use. Comes with a steel knob and in a range of rich new two-tone colours - red, black or olive green.
