Eckman Luxury Free-Standing 3 Metre “Banana” Parasol

This luxury free-standing "banana" parasol from Eckman features a massive 3 metre diameter canopy made from extremely durable, water and fade-resistant polyester finished in a choice of antique white, hunter green, French blue or jet black designs.

Unlike traditional umbrellas where you're stuck positioning yourself around a base or table with centre pole, this clever cantilever design gives you complete freedom to locate it precisely where you need it most – providing shade over a sun lounger, hammock, dining table and chairs, or children's play area.

The frame is sturdy, durable and lightweight plus is made from black powder-coated aluminium so it's easy to reposition. Raising, lowering, and adjusting the height of the canopy couldn't be simpler taking just a few seconds using the crank handle and locking mechanism. It provides more than 2 metres (approx.7ft) of headroom and all you need to do before using is weigh the 90cm x 90cm steel base down for stability (rest paving slabs or similar over the base – as pictured).
