It's designed with an internal vented undulating rack which has a super-absorbent microfibre cotton running along it. Ice-cold water feeds from a refillable bottle into the fibre, where it is captured, while a fan behind the fibre blows, thereby blowing ice cold air at you. And what's more, the fan is specially vented to prevent your desktop papers being blown onto the floor. Supplied with mains adaptor or use 4 x C batteries (not included).
